Mr. Kontos brings a strong entrepreneurial background with expertise in Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A) and corporate fundraising. He has acted as an advisor for private and listed companies in Greece and abroad, facilitating listings on US and European stock exchanges. He is a co-founder of Wealth Avenue, the predecessor entity to the Group's real estate arm, and was a co-founder of Thenablers Inc. (now Elvictor Group), a company listed on the US OTC market. Mr. Kontos is also a member of the Circular Board of the Sporos Platform, an impact investment fund based in Greece, and the founder of In4Capital, a platform specializing in investor matchmaking and data provision.
